    Office copy will of Richard Waterman Woodin of Bullington [Hampshire], gentleman: - £10 each to Henry Wakeford of Upham [Hampshire], brewer and Walter Bailey of Winchester [Hampshire], solicitor; - £200 to be equally divided between children of his sister Harriet Harris of Husborne Crawley, deceased; £100 to his sister Anne Jarrow or, if she died, equally between her two daughters; - £50 to his sister Eliza Beesley of Aspley Guise; - £10 each to his cousins Anna Woodin, James Woodin and Harriet Woodin, all of 20 Fulham Place, Harrow Road, London; - £5 to his female servant living with him at his death to buy mourning; - his trustees to invest sufficient money in government stocks to produce a £50 annuity to Edith Holland of Winchester for life; after her death the principal to be divided equally between his six children Dennis Waterman Woodin, Caroline Ann Moskinian, Richard Waterman Woodin, Lydia Lomes Christ, William Waterman Woodin and Edward Woods Woodin - all household furniture, plate, linen, pictures, horses, cows and carriages to Edith Holland; - two freehold cottages and meadow at Bullington to Edith Holland - devising and bequeathing his residue of estate to trustees and executors Henry Wakeford and Walter Bailey in trust for sale and realisation of assets to be equally divided amongst his six children; - Edith Holland to have entire management of his funeral "and not to be obstructed by anyone"; - witnesses: Henry White and Thomas Alfred Jerram, clerks to Walter Bailey; - proved at Winchester DPR on 14 Mar 1871; - testator died 12 Feb 1871; - estate under £8,000
