    Copy Will of Susanna Wiles of St.Neots, widow [died 15 Apr 1838 will proved in PCC 28 May 1838]: - devising one of her three common rights over Islands Common, Islands Meadow and Hawksden Leys in St.Neots "with ways and lanes leading to the same" devised to her in the will of her father James Squire, to her son Sylvester Wiles; - devising her other two common rights to her son Freeman Wiles along with the deeds relating to them providing he covenanted to produce them to Sylvester on demand; - devising her allotment land in St.Neots called the Cottage Lots near Cambridge Road purchased from her son James Wiles to her daughter Mary; - devising the messuage, yard and outbuildings in St.Neots in which she had once lived to her daughter Mary; - devising all real estate in Eaton Socon to her daughter Henrietta, wife of Samuel Church; - devising the residue of her real estate to John Carrington of St.Neots, ironmonger and William Hall of Eaton Socon, butcher upon trust for sale; proceeds and rents and profits before sale to sink into her personal estate; - bequeathing all household goods to her daughter Mary; - bequeathing residue of personal estate to John Carrington and William Hall upon trust to convert all to ready money; - bequeathing £10 legacies to John Carrington and William Hall; - bequeathing £150 to her daughter Mary; - bequeathing £100 to her son James; - bequeathing £10 to each of her children to buy mourning; - bequeathing one third of the residue to Sylvester, one third to Henrietta and one third to John Carrington and William Hall in trust for Freeman; - John Carrington and William Hall to be executors; - witnesses John J.Evans, Thomas Pountain, George day
