- TitleGrantham, St. James's to Fitzherbert (No 16, copy) Acknowledges receipt of packet of papers from East Indies delivered to Fitzherbert from M. de Castries. It was by the capture of the Admiral Hughes packet boat that the papers fell into the hands of the French some time ago. No reason to suppose that lately any East Indiana has been taken. Grantham has written to the Lords of the Admiralty for the passports of the four French vessels to be employed conveying passengers between Dover and Calais.
