Repealing of all stipulations regarding Dunkirk. [Would be able to consider this] Desire to speak to Spain regarding the acquisition of Gibraltar. If Spain acquires Gibraltar, Britain will be allowed to trade in the Mediterranean. [Not possible to make it a subject of discussion] As regards Holland, France will facilitate the restoration of that which has been lost. [Fitzherbert will receive instructions, Trincomali will not form part of the restitution].
