Torrington, Brussels to Grantham (private) There is a report that Sir Wm Hamilton wishes to leave Naples and return to England "if he could get Something to retire upon, as the place was become disagreeable to him since the death of his Wife". Torrington hopes Grantham will not forget him should there be a vacancy particularly in the south "I am not in a Situation to make Such a bargain as Ld Mount Stuart made with Sir Wm Lynch" Difficulty of maintaining a family with little or no money.
