- TitleGrantham, St. James's to Wroughton (No 7, draft) Wroughton is to inform the Swedish King that His Majesty received "very particular Satisfaction at the happy Reconciliation between him and his Mother". The assent which King of Sweden gave to Wroughton's observation that "it was in the Interest of the Northern Powers not to see England too much oppressed was exceedingly judicious". Wroughton is to discover whether Court of France has been attempting to "induce the His Swedish Majesty to make a Diversion, in case the Troubles in the Crimea should not sufficiently embarrass the Russians".
