Stepney, Dresden to Grantham Does Stepney apply for the usual allowance of £500 equipage money by public dispatch or by private letter? His new commission, getting rid of his house at Dresden, and the conveying of baggage, plate and wine to Berlin will much exceed £500. Stepney has paid Mr Milliquet all his appointments up to 1st of the month. Milliquet hopes he will receive the usual allowance as charge de affaires.
