Sir John Stepney, Bonn to Grantham Offers congratulations on Grantham's appointment. Stepney has spent a few days in Brussels on domestic matters and this circumstance and a delay of three days at Aix la Chapelle for want of post horses prevented him arriving at Bonn until last night. Will write once he reaches Dresden.
