Agreement Parties: (i) James Hack Tuke of Hitchin [Hertfordshire] and Edward Lucas of Luton, bankers and partners; (ii) Kitt Tomson of Luton, surgeon Reciting: - a dispute had arisen between (i) and (ii) regarding a boundary wall dividing property purchased in WB/Green4/1/Lu/CS3/16 from other property retained by (i) Operative Part: - to resolve dispute the wall currently extending 29ft 6in from NE corner of (a) in WB/Green4/1/Lu/CS3/16 to NW corner of wool warehouse and small piece of wall of 5ft 6in leading from SW corner of wool warehouse should be property of (i); - that wall extending from SE corner of (a) in WB/Green4/1/Lu/CS3/16 to the small wall noted above and a small piece of wall of 3ft 3in from NE corner of (a) in WB/green4/1/Lu/CS3/16 to NE [sic?] corner should be property of (ii); - plan included Witnesses: - Charles A.Austin of Luton, solicitor
