Copy will of Thomas Bigg of Luton, gentleman: - all household goods, plate, linen, china, glass, wines, beer and other liquors, utensils and furniture to his three daughters Kitty Bigg, Ann Bigg and Elizabeth, wife of John Wood of Luton equally; - two houses in Castle Street, Luton in occupation of his son John Bigg and Robert Smith, to his son John subject to charge of annuity of 6 to Elizabeth Wood; - house in Castle Street, Luton, purchased from William Freeman in testator's own occupation to Kitty Bigg; - three houses in Limbury purchased from Brockel and Clark in occupation of John Clark, John Bateman and Scrivener to Ann Bigg for her life on paying 40 to his executors and to form part of his personal estate within twelve months of his death, otherwise properties to go to auction, money to go to children of Ann or to surviving children of testator if she left none; - John Bigg and Richard Munt of Wood Street, London, warehouseman and Joseph Hawkes of Luton to be executors - witnessed by Susan, Mary and Ann Hawkes; - proved in PCC on 4 Dec 1828
