- legacy and interest for Helen Sikes and Emily Gaitskell should be paid to them or to a trustee for them for their own separate use; - bequeathing to James Ewbank and Rev.James Horseman and his son Thomas Edmund Horseman and his daughter Harriet Ursula Horseman 100 each;
