Parties: (i) Julius Alington of Little Barford, esquire, Lord of the Manor of Stotfold under will of 30 Dec 1872 with codicil of 5 Apr 1874 of William Alington, late of Little Barford, deceased; (ii) John Edmund Severne of Wallop Hall [Shropshire], esquire; Edward Barber Lindsell of Hitchin [Hertfordshire], esquire; trustees of Alington estate; (iii) Wolverley Attwood Fordham of Ashwell [Hertfordshire], brewer Operative Part: - (i) enfranchised (a) to (iii) for 76/1/2 paid to (ii) Property: (a) messuage with orchard in Stotfold formerly called Crawleys Farm House, then used as a beershop by sign of Coach & Horses formerly in occupation of Joseph Cooper, then of Messrs Fordham or John Cooper as their undertenant.
