    Recites: (I) Manor of Stotfold - 15 Feb 1836: - presenting surrender of 10 Jan 1833 by Edward Payne to John Hide of Stotfold, yeoman of cottage with orchard in Stotfold commonly called Crawleys Farm House with three cow commons to which Edward Payne was admitted on 26 Jul 1809 as elder brother and heir of Ann Sharp, deceased; - admission of John Hide by Samuel Veasey, his attorney (II) Manor of Stotfold - 5 Nov 1846: - presenting death of John Hide of 22 Dec 1842 and his will of 10 May 1838 devising cottage, meeting house, orchard, garden, common right etc. in Stotfold, which testator valued at £280, in occupation of Joseph Cooper, to his son John Hyde in trust to allow testator's wife Mary to receive rents and profits for her widowhood, remainder to John Hyde; - admission of John and Mary Hyde (III) Manor of Stotfold - 28 May 1862: - absolute surrender by John Hyde of Arlesey, jobber, by hands of Thomas Veasey and John Hawkins, of (a) messuage with orchard in Stotfold formerly called Crawleys Farm House, then used as a beershop by sign of Coach & Horses formerly in occupation of Joseph Cooper, then Messrs Fordham or of John Cooper as their undertenant, to his sister Mary Ann Hyde of Arlesey and (b) allotment awarded to John Hyde in lieu of common rights in Stotfold to his brother Charles Henry Hyde in consideration of a yearly rent charge paid to John Hyde of £65 (IV) Covenant to Surrender of 28 May 1862 Parties: (i) Mary Ann Hyde, late of Stotfold, now of Arlesey, spinster; Charles Henry Hyde, late of Stotfold, then Arlesey, now 1 Grove Place, Brompton [Middlesex]; (ii) John Hyde, late of Stotfold, now of Arlesey, jobber Reciting: - (III) above Operative Part: - (ii) covenanted to surrender (a) to Mary Ann Hyde; - (ii) covenanted to surrender (b) to Charles Henry Hyde; - (i) to pay annuity of 65 to (ii) for life secured on (a)-(b) Property: (a) messuage with orchard in Stotfold formerly called Crawleys Farm House, then used as a beershop by sign of Coach & Horses formerly in occupation of Joseph Cooper, then Messrs Fordham; (b) allotment awarded to John Hyde in lieu of common rights in Stotfold (V) Manor of Stotfold - 31 Aug 1878 - Julius Alington, Lord; Edward Barber Lindsell, gentleman, Steward; - admission of Mary Ann, wife of George Eaton of Benefield [Northamptonshire] to messuage with orchard in Stotfold formerly called Crawleys Farm House, then used as a beershop by sign of Coach & Horses formerly in occupation of Joseph Cooper, then Messrs Fordham.
