CONVEYANCE (Feoffment) for 80 by (ia) to (iv) of - 3 cottages in Church St., Ampthill - piece of ground on part of wch a bay of a barn formerly stood and on which two of the cottages that front the street now stand, together with the way or passage and ground thereof at the south or south west end of the two cottages (as now fenced off by a brick wall newly erected by (iii) from the messuage lately conveyed by (ia) to (iii)) which piece of ground and mess conveyed to (iii) were conveyed by indentures B/318/1-2 - piece of ground on part of wch one other bay of a barn formerly stood and on which the last of the three cottages stand at the lower or east end of the ground, formerly the yard of backside belonging to the mess. once of Benj. Green since Chas. Copperwheat now Robt. Gibbs, and previously held with yard or backside as part thereof, bounded by house and ground now or late Wm. Everitt, town ground and ground of Robt. Gibbs N and NW which ground was conveyed in B/318/4 Covenant for production of documents.
