    Abstract of the title of Mr Frederick Ray to freehold land known as 'The Russell Park Building Estate' in the parish of St Cuthbert - Extract of will of Revd John William Coventry-Campion of Westoning. All to wife for life then to son John Gadsby Campion with legacy to daughter Percy Ann Campion. Proved 22 Jan 1873 - Marriage settlement 1) Percy Ann Campion, 2) William Pritzler Newland, brewer and wine merchant, 3) Ann Coventry Campion, widow, 4) John Gadsby Coventry-Campion and James Pearse. 1) assigns legacy to 4) on trust 17 Nov 1877 - Mortgage 1) J G Coventry Campion, 2) caroline Eliza Leach and Arthur Francis Lach, 3) Sarah Catharine Beatrice Leach. For 1750 + interest from 2) to 1) and 250 + interest from 3) to 1) - two piees of pasture land in St Cuthbert's Bedford and numbered 2 and 4 on sheet XI of OS being 2.562 ac and 4.921 acres and piece of arableland contianing 10.783 acr and forming part of a larger pice numbered 5 on the sd sheet the reminder having been thrown into the pbulic road and another piece of arable land numbered 10 and containing 2.153 acres and other land not the subject of the abstract. 19 June 1891 - Mortgage 1) John G Coventry-Campion, 2) Ann Coventry-Campion and William Pritzler Newland. For 1300 and further advances up to 3500, land as before. 18 Jan 1893 - Ann Coventry-Campion buried at Westoning 23 June 1893 - Release from mortgage dated 19 June 1891 15 Aug 1893 - Release from mortgage dated 18 Jan 1893 9 Nov 1893 - Release of J G Campion from legacy to P A Newland 8 Dec 1893 - Mortgage 1) J G Coventry Campion, 2) Percy Ann Newland 1) indebted to 2) for 5000. 31 Dec 1890 - J G C Campion died 7 Feb 1903 letters of administration granted to Jessie Coventry Campion 25 Nov 1903. Jessie C Campion married Henry Blyth King 10 Nov 1903 - Sale 1) Jessie Blyth King, 2) Henry Blyth King, 3) Percy ann Newland, 4) Frederick Ray, carman and contractor. 3,400 from 4) to 1) by direction of 2). - Land containing 10.783 ac formerly forming part of a larger piece of land No 5 on sheet XI.16 of OS. 3 Nov 1905
