    Abstract of the title of Messrs Haynes Miller and Conquest to freehold land known as the St Peter's Glebe Estate situate in the Parish of St Peter Martin. - Award of 1797 allotted to John Pemberton, Clerk and his successors, rectors of the parish of St Peter - 55a 2r 2p, WNW and N allotment to S Whitbread, E part turnpike road to Kimbolton, E part & S part old inclosure of Wm and Richard Parker, S and E parts allotment to Wm Long, E and S and SE allotment to John Pemberton. 1797 - Indenture 1) Revd Gustavus Andrew Burnaby and the Diocese of the bishop of Ely, 2) governors of the Bounty of Queen Anne, 3) John Burder of Westminster. 2) agreed to advance mortgage of 535. - all the glebe lands tithes rents etc payable to the rector of said living to 3) for 35 years. 13 July 1850 - Mortgage discharged 28 June 1882 - 1) Rev William Hart Smith, 2) Ecclesiastical commissioners, 3) RT Hon Hardinge Stanley Baron Halsbury, Lord High Chancellor, 4) George Haynes, Jospeh Miller, John Carrington Conquest. 1) to sell to 4) with consent of 2) and 3). For 7200. - 3 closes of pasture, allotment and garden land containing 28 ac 1r 8p on the West side of the Kimbolton Road. Plan 8 Nov 1890
