- 24a 13p being part of 53a 5p awarded to John Hawes, E remaining part of ground belonging to L and F Hampson, S&SW remaining part and in part on the turnpike road leading from Bedford to Clapham, N & NW on allotment of land awarded to Christie Skinner. 23/24 Oct 1809
- J T Dawson died 9 May 1850, his son and heir Rev John Frederic Dawson died 16 Oct 1870 leaving Rev Richard William Fitzpatrick and Henry Wilson Sharpin, surgeon trustees of his will.
