    Abstract of Title of Frederick Norman to freehold building land situate in the parish of St Peter Martin. [Annotated '1556 (Princes Street) FitzPatrick site - not any pt of Lodge Hill' however this appears to be incorrect as the plan shows the location as being on the site of the modern Cavendish Street.] - Begins with lease and release betwn 1) Charles Robinson and William Swepson, 2) Thomas Wooldridge 3) Richard Halfhead, 4) Nicholas Fitzpatrick. Recits back to 1809. 1) acting on the will of John Parker decd sold the sold the land at public auction as Lot 3, 2) was highest bidder at 350. - 3a 1r 34p which piece was part of a certain close called Saddlers Corner with right of way. Plan. 22/23 Feb 1841. - Extract of will of Thomas Wooldridge 24 June 1848 died 4 July 1848 - Various changes in executors and trustees. - Indenture 1) Thomas Barnard (the son), 2) Robert Couchman, surgeon 2) purchased at auction at the Swan Hotel for 1030. - 3a 1r 14p being formerly 3a 1r 34p, 20 perches lying betwn 1,2,3,4 on the plan and being then used as a way in continuation of Queens Street, abutts. Plan showing land btwn Cemetery Road to the East and Queen Street to the West with Foster Street to the south and Russell Street and Canning Street to the West. 20 Oct 1865 - Indenture 1) Robert Couchman 2) Frederick Norman, builder for 1500. 23 March 1878
