    Will and Probate of Abraham Biggs of Henlow, wheelwright WILL (13 Aug 1834) - to his wife Mary Biggs all household furniture and effects belonging to her at the time of their marriage; - to his daughters Mary Ann Shackwell and Elizabeth Biggs the residue of household furniture and effects; - William Kent of Biggleswade, commercial clerk and William Seymour of Arlesey, carpenter to be his executors and receive all real estate and residue of personal estate upon trust to allow his wife to occupy or receive rents on his cottage and barn in Henlow in occupation of Samuel Ashwell, remainder to his son Abraham Biggs ; - real estate to be charged with payment of 3/- per week to Mary Biggs for life; - to each of his daughters, Mary Ann Shackwell, Elizabeth Biggs and Dorcas Ensby to payments of 5 each; - to his grandson Abraham Biggs a legacy of 10 after the death of Mary Biggs; - to his grandson Abraham's sister, Sophia Biggs a legacy of 5 after the death of Mary Biggs; - to his son Abraham Biggs [sic, see WL1000/1/HENW/1/7] his stock in trade and tools, if the executors think fit - witnesses George Austin of Shefford and Thomas Armour of Henlow PROBATE (3 Dec 1834) - proved in Bedford Archdeaconry Court before Rev.Lewis Marcus, surrogate for Richard Smith, Commissary, by William Kent
