(iii) William Henry Surman of Lincolns Inn [Middlesex], gentleman Reciting: - indenture of bargain and sale of 8 Feb 1814 recited in X284/8/3/1; - indentures of lease and release of 17 & 18 Jun 1816 recited in X284/8/3/1;
