Recitals Indenture of lease and release dated 1st and 2nd July 1825 between Simon Robinson (yeoman) and William Chapman (gentleman), Biggleswade, of the first part and Thomas Pateman (yeoman), Langford of the second part. Property Consideration sum of £125 (and a further £55 sterling) paid by (iv) for: (a) Messuage or tenement with pightle of pasture called Killingworths Close, containing 3 roods and 12 poles. (b) 3 roods of land forming part of allotment containing one acre and 16 poles, and appurtenances. (c) Copyhold cottage or tenement pightle of pasture ground or now arable land at Langford (numbered 110 and 111 on enclosure award map for Langford). (d) Parcel of land containing 28 poles and appurtenances, now in the occupation of John Brothers and William Robinson.
