Copy of the will of Francis Spufford of Todd. Devises to his
son Robert Spufford the messuage at Townpond Head in Todd., now
in the occ. of Tho. Watts; also the scaffolds and cowcribs in
the buildings where his son-in-law Ben. Hubbins lives. To his
daughter Lidia Oadle, the messuage in Todd. now in the occ. of
Widow Johnson, charged with the payment of £20 to the said
Robert. Legacy of £5 to grandson Thomas Hubbins. Executor,
