Title
Copy of the will of Theodore Potts of Toddington. Devises all his
freehold land in Toddington to his son Thomas Potts, charged with
legacies to his son John Potts, and his daughters Sarah Parrat,
Mary White and Dorothy Bishop; provided that if Thomas Potts the
younger shall sue his brother John concerning a legacy left to their
brother Joseph by their grandfather, the present legacy shall lapse
