All lands in the counties of Devon, Bucks., Berks., Beds., Herts. and Wilts. to which John Osbaston has a right by the will of the late Ric. Beauchamp kt., late lord St. Amand. These lands are to go to Anthony St. Amand, but if there are no heirs it will revert to John Osbaston.
