Scope and Content
- Lands in Cardington: the profits of certain of these, now taken by Wm. Browning and w. Kath., are to be made over to the trustees after Kath's death; Wm. Gascoigne to have a moiety then and the other moiety after Geo. Gascoigne's death.
- The manor of Cardington Bury, formerly belonging to John Gascoigne,
bro. of the sd. Geo.; except as above.
- The cottages and lands which John Vynter, Nich. Peny, John Wynter, Wm. Roysshe, Wm. Erle, Wm. Barford, Ric. Heyward, Wm. Rede, John Pestell, Thos. Cowpar, Ric. Cowpar hold.
- 7 ac. that John Ide sometime held.
- A toft and croft that Isabel Ade sometime held.
- Hychecokkes pasture; Werde meadow; 9 ac. in High Mead.
- The mills.
Subject to the following charges:-
An annuity of 12 for Sir John Manyngham kt.
Annuities of 13s.4d. and 20s. to Geo. Gascoigne.
The following payments :-
21.12.8. to Wm. Darling of Bedford.
5 to Sir John Fuller a priest of Paxton.
10 to John Vynter.
5 marks to exors. of John Donne for Hychecokkes pasture.
Reimbursement to John Vynter of such sums as he spends on repair of the manor-place and mills.
