Burial in churchyard of St. Peters of Arlisheye. To mother church of Lincoln 2d.. To eldest daughter Cyssely all his land both freehold and copyhold she to enter on it at the age of 20, until which time testator’s wife Joane to have her dwelling and to occupy the property. Should his daughter die, then property to pass to testator’s daughter Alys Benet for the term of her life, she to enter at age 20, and his daughters to be heirs to each other. Should both daughters die before the age of 20 then wife Joane to have property for remaining years. To daughter Alis Benet 2 milch beasts “as good as there was in my yarde at my deceasse” and £5 at the age of 20. To testator’s sister [?in law] Ceisteley Heward three acres of barley lying towards the Olde Feyld “to be delyvered at the crope” by testator’s wife and Thomas Kyrke her father. Residue to wife Joane Benet , and she to be sole executrix, with her father Thomas Kyrke to be overseer. Witnesses William Pytman clerk, William Kyrke, Robert Peachitt.
