To the same daughter a featherbed, bedstead and hangings that belong to it, a mattress, 2 pair of sheets one flaxen and one harden, a covering or carpet and a bolster, a platter, a pewter dish and a latten basin, a latten ewer, a bell candlestick, a latten chafing dish, a new brass pan, a brass pot, a spit, a pair of andirons, a gridiron, the hangings in the hall, an ambry, an iron in the chimney to hang pots on with 2 long hooks, a pair of pot hooks, a folding table and a form, a close chair, an ark, a woollen wheel and a linen wheel and 2 cushions. To Elizabeth also her cow and all her raiment and linen save her “workaday gere” which is to be given to the poor where most need is. To Robert and his heirs one acre in Brampton and the crop from it, and the crop of the half acre for one year, and her son John to have the crop of the other half acre. To son Robert a bedstead, a mattress, 2 pillows, 3 sheets (one flaxen), a covering, a brass pan, a platter, a pewter dish, a bell candlestick, a pewter basin, and the pot that his Grandam gave him, a table that stands on the bench in the hall with a table cloth, a form and one ewe sheep.
