To father-in-law John Maxie his copyhold house. To son Robert his black cow and his foal. To son Thomas his little red cow. To daughter Agnes his bullock. Residue to wife Agnes, and she to be executrix, with John Maxe, father-in-law, and John Byworth and William Sam’, supervisors. Witnesses John Byworth, William Same, Robert Holland, George Hilles, William Shepperd.
