- TitleEvidence of Robert Allen of Arlesey who said that Abraham Prutton came to him when he was at work at the Beasts and Co Brickyards at Arlesey, called him a B...... and wanted to fight him. Allen refused to fight. At lunchtime Allen went to the Brickground Hotel. As soon as he got into the Tap Room, Abraham Prutton got up from his seat and struck Allen 4 times in the face, causing blood to flow. Mr Thompson told Prutton to leave the house which he did. Evidence of William Wheatley of Arlesey who was going by the Brickground Hotel and saw Abraham Prutton strike Robert Allen 4 times. Withdrawn
