    Information of PC Robert King Stearn stationed at Arlesey. When he visited the Licensed Premises of the City Arms Beerhouse at Arlesey he found Charles Cherry, Labourer of Arlesey, drunk and making use of disgusting language. He said that Will Street had interfered with him and that he would fight the 'B.....'. PC Stearn requested him to go home. He refused at first then left the yard. He said he wanted more beer. PC Stearn told him to go home. He then went towards Arlesey Railway Sidings. A few minutes later PC Stearn went into the Lamb Inn Taproom and found Cherry there. PC Stearn told the Landlord he was in no fit state and the landlord told him to leave. He left in a few minutes and staggered up the street. Fine 1/6. Costs 8/6
