Reciting: - will of Richard Ambrose Reddall dated 5th Jul 1842 whereby he gave four cottages at Park Street, Woburn in the occupations of John Clarke, Joseph Barnwell, Elizabeth Sibley and John Woodland to (ii) and the rest of his estates in Woburn to (i); - said Richard died in 1842 and his will was proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury on the 1st May 1842 by his said wife; Operative: - in consideration of £380 (i) and (ii) convey (a) to (iii) Property (see attached plan) (a) four cottages at Park Street, Woburn with outbuildings, gardens etc., in the occupations of John Clarke, Burton, Thomas Cook and John Woodland. Habendum: - unto (iii) for his natural life; - if estate ends during life of (iii), to the use of (iv) in trust for (iii) and his heirs; - after, to the only proper use of (iii). Covenants: - (iii) to pay of a yearly annuity of £20 to (i) during her life; - signed by (i) and (ii); - witnessed and signed by John Rendle, guardian of the poor of Exmouth [Devon], John Lissiton of Exmouth, draper and John Green of Woburn, solicitor.
