Operative: - in consideration of £35 (i) conveys (a-c) to (ii). Property: (a) cottage, tenement or dwellinghouse (being one bay of building) or part of a cottage or tenement situate and being in Woburn aforesaid being the North End of the cottage or tenement formerly of Thomas Ireland and wherein Richard Gregory formerly dwelt, bounded on one side by the house and ground formerly of Thomas Marshall in the occupation of Samuel Davies and on the other side by the house and ground formerly of the said Thomas Ireland wherein Richard Sharman formerly dwelt; (b) barn of one bay of building with a leantoe to the said barn adjoining standing in the yard of (a) also in the occupation of Richard Gregory with the small piece of garden ground adjoining; - with a right of way through the yard belonging to (a-b) for the use of horses and carriages; - (a-b) were late in the occupation of Elizabeth Brockhouse; (c) all other freehold property of (i) in Woburn.
