Scrap paper with a hand written declaration of agreement signed by Joseph H.Hammond of Galley Lane Farm, Great Brickhill [Buckinghamshire]… ‘agree to let and Messrs.Staniford & Sons of Bletchley agree to take a field known as “Little Field” situate in Water Eaton Lane Fenny Stratford containing 6 acres 1 rood 28 poles for the sum of twenty-five pounds fourteen shillings from January 1st 1908 to January 1st 1909. The rent to be paid on October 31st 1908. Rates & Taxes to be paid by owner’.
