Order made by Alfred Clare, District Valuer: - It is ordered that if the Defendant do not pay to the Plaintiff’s Solicitors within a week from the date of this order, the sum of Forty Four Pounds four shillings, the Plaintiffs be at liberty to sign judgement against him for the same; - And it is further ordered that the said Defendant be at liberty to defend this Action as to the residue of the Plaintiffs’ claim.
