Parties:
(i) Thomas Oakden of Eversholt, Beds, yeoman and Elizabeth his wife formerly Elizabeth Gurney, spinster; John Carr of Woburn, Beds, gardener and Hannah his wife, formerly Ann Gurney, spinster (said Elizabeth and Hannah are the only two daughters of John Gurney formerly of Woburn, labourer, deceased and sisters of John Gurney who died in the East Indies on the 2nd Feb 1820 intestate);
(ii) Francis, Duke of Bedford.
Operative:
- in consideration of £100 (i) conveys (a) to (ii).
Property (see attached plan):
(a) freehold cottage or tenement, yard, buildings and premises situate at Bedford Street, Woburn formerly in the occupation John Henley afterwards of John Gurney the elder, deceased and now of the said John Carr.

- unto and to the use (ii).
