(ii) John Circuitt Shaw of Cape Town, Cape of Good Hope [South Africa], builder; Sarah Shaw of Bedford, spinster; Joseph Shaw of 47 Mortimer Street [Middlesex] upholsterer; Henry Shaw of Coventry [Warwickshire], linen draper and Henry Lucas of Woburn, Beds, deer keeper and Mary Ann his wife (late Mary Ann Shaw);
(iii) Francis, Duke of Bedford;
(iv) Thomas Wing of Grays Inn [Middlesex], gentleman.

- R6/63/23/7-9;
- Henry Rock died in 1799 and his will was proved at Bedford on the 5th Jul 1795;
- Henry Rock died on the 16th Oct 1827 and his will was proved at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury on the 8th Nov 1827;
- Elizabeth Circuitt died on the 6th Dec 1831;
- John Circuitt died on the 17th Jan 1837 and his will was proved at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury on the 9th Mar 1832;
- R6/63/23/18.
Operative:
- (i) at the request of (ii) assigns the term of 1000 years vested in (i) by virtue of an assignment dated 27th Nov 1761 (see R6/63/23/12) to (iv).
Property:
(a) same as the description at R6/63/23/18 but numbers 22, 23 and 24 are described as being bounded on the S by the land of Katherine Reddall and 25 and 26 were then in the several occupations of John Clare and James Hopkins.
