Operative: - in consideration of the said £114/16/4 owing and a further sum of £5/3/8 (i) conveys (a) to (ii). Property: (a) same description as at R6/63/22/1 although one of the cottages is now in the occupation of Thomas Green. Habendum: - unto and to the use of (ii) discharged from the recited mortgage forever. - signed by (i); - witnessed and signed by Thomas Cook of Woburn and Thomas Deverell of Leighton, Beds, attorney. - endorsements: - release dated 9th Jun 1842 whereby 1/7th share of (a) was feoffed to Hannah (the wife of John London) by the above named John Piddington (as one of the children of Ann Barlow) was by the said John London and Hannah his wife conveyed to George Mellor; - release dated 20th Jan 1844 whereby 1/7th share of John Piddington Barlow (as one of the children of Ann Barlow) in (a) was conveyed by the said John to William Staniford of Woburn.
