Abstract of the title of Thomas Iredale of Woburn, victualler to a copyhold close of meadow ground called Caswell Close of 4a. Reciting: (I) Court held 27th Sep 1722, Manor of Woburn Abbotts: - admission upon new grant to Simon Taylor for 21 years; (II) Court held 18th Oct 1742, Manor of Woburn Abbotts: - surrender of Simon Taylor to the use of Richard Filkes of Woburn, surgeon for the residue of the term of 21 years; (III) Court held 9th Nov 1781, Manor of Woburn Abbotts: - surrender of Richard Filkes to Thomas Iredale for the residue of the term of 21 years… ‘this term has been since renewed’.
