    Release Parties: (i) Samuel Davis of Ampthill, Beds, gentleman; John Morris late of Ampthill, Beds but now of St.Albans [Hertfordshire]; (ii) George Christmas of High Holborn [Middlesex] glazier and Ann his wife; James Egram late of Greenfield, Flitton, Beds but now of Oakley Street, Westminster Road [Surrey], yeoman and Sarah his wife; John Perrin of Woodstock [Oxfordshire], dealer; Pattey Elliot of Ampthill, widow and relict of William Elliott, innholder, deceased and William Hurley of Woburn, Beds, innholder and Maria his wife; (iii) John, Duke of Bedford. Reciting: - R6/63/16/14 - R6/63/16/18 - William Elliott died in May 1810 leaving Pattey Elliott a widow; - Elizabeth Gale died in Jun 1814; - (ii) put (a-b) up for sale at public auction by Andrew Gardner at the Wheatsheaf Inn, Woburn on the 21st Oct 1814; - Elizabeth Perrin died in December 1815. Operative: - in consideration of £830 (ii) conveys (a-b) to (iii); - (iii) pays (i) £646 out of the purchase money in order to discharge himself of the recited mortgages. Property: (a) close of pasture or sward ground situate at Woburn called Corn Close of 3a late in the occupation of Edward Mansell since of James Parrott and now of William Hurley, bounded on N by a small close belonging to George Hall, SE by Pond Close belonging to (ii), SW by [Wayn] Close belonging to (ii) and NW by a close belonging to the said William Hurley; (b) Close of pasture ground at Woburn of 1½a late in the occupation of Martha Woolhead, widow afterwards of George Bosworth and now of John Smith, bounded on N by Dyers Close belonging to (ii), E by an ancient lane, S by the White Horse Public House and other cottages and W by a close belonging to (ii) in the occupation of Daniel Skinner.
