Reciting: - will of Mary Taylor whereby Mary Primitt was granted a legacy of £50 to be paid by Thomas Gale out of her estate (see R6/63/7/16); - will of Thomas Gale (see R6/63/16/9); - Stephen Taylor died on the 10th Oct 1793; Operative: - in consideration of the said legacy and interest being paid, (i) releases (a) unto (ii). Property: (a) freehold and copyhold estates late of the said Mary Taylor, deceased and devised by her will to Thomas Gale, deceased. - signed by James Primitt [his mark] and Mary Primitt; - witnessed and signed by John Hooper and George Christmas.
