(Recites that Wm. Chew (bro. of sd. Frances, Jane & Eliz.) had for many years provided clothes for 30 poor boys of Dunstable, & intended to erect a school & appoint a master for the teaching of 'Reading Writeing and Accompts' to 40 poor boys, which intention his sis- ters had now carried out). - - The school house in Dunstable in which the master lives & the boys are taught; a farm & lands in Caddington (co. Herts.), in occ. of Henry Long; a farm in Scuridge End in Luton, in occ. of Thos. Swaine; a piece of land in Houghton Regis, in occ. of Henry Tomkins; & sevl. pieces of land in Whip- snade & Flamstead (co. Herts.), in occ. of Wm. Howard.
