Edw. F. & w. Rebecca from John Wileman); & 1 a. in T., next the way from T. to Fancot, betw. the land of John Fry esq. on N.; & that of Chris. Bennett on S., (purchd. of Geo. Stevens); & 18 1/4 a. dispd. in the Fields of T., (purchd. of Geo. Reeve, Sarah Reeve & Wm. Goldsmith). Also a messuage in the West Street of Dunstable, in occ. of Isaac Freeman, abutting S. on 'Icknell Waye'; & 2 cottages adjg. in tenures of Wm. Short, Edw. (blank) & John Roe; a barn in Pudding alias Pouching Lane; & 2 a. of inclosed ground near the backside of the said messuage; & 1 a. in Dunstable adjg. the sd. 2 a.
