Probate of Will of Matt. Coles of Luton. - - Devises to w. Sus., his property in Luton, Steppingley, Milbrook, & Tring (co. Herts.), for life. Then, after her decease, to nephew John Coles (son of bro. John C.), the messuage in which he dwells in Castle Street in Luton, the Meeting House Close, the 4 cottages on E. end of the sd. close, in occ. of Edw. Squire, a yard with chaisehouse & stable thereon erected, & a close (3 a.) in Baily Field in Luton. And to bro. John, his estate in Steppingley, Milbrook & Tring. Execx: w. Sus.
