'The Wellington Arms', with a timber building at the back; & sub-
ject to right of way from the house of sd. J. A. adjg., in occ. of
John Nicol, draper. And (E) Will of Edm. Waller, dated 14 June,
pr. 24 July 1845, appointing his bro. John W., son Jas. W. & sd. Wm.
Webb as trustees & exors.). - - The said 20 p. (as in BH27), & 2
messuages thereon built (now called 'The Wellington Arms'); &
8 p. 8 yards (part of sd. 12 p. 11 yards), with the messuage there-
on erected, in occ. of John Abbott of Flitwick. Witn: Ben. Price
