Reciting: - will of John Shepherd Cranfield dated 16th Jun 1866 whereby he gave all his real and personal property to (i) his wife; - John died on the 13th Mar 1893 and his will was proved on the 20th Jun 1893. Operative: - in consideration of £3550 (i) conveys (a-e) to (ii). Property: (a-e) estate of the late William Parsons at Wootton Pillinge, Wootton, Beds - see HN10/346/9/1 for detailed description. Habendum: - unto and to the use of (ii) in fee simple subject to a perpetual yearly rent charge of £-/13/6 on (d) ‘for the benefit of six poor widows of the said parish of Wootton in the County of Bedford’. - approved subject to corrections marked in red pin by W.H. Smith of Woburn, Beds and intended to be witnessed and signed by same.
