Operative: - in consideration of £120 (i) with the consent of (ii) conveys (a) unto (iii). Property: (a) Two pieces of land of 29p situate at Park Hill, Ampthill on the N side of and adjoining the Police Station now or late in the occupation of William Billington and John William Nicholson, superintendent of the police.
