Draft statutory declaration by Mr. Charles Pell Hall of Woburn, Beds, land agent: - I have since the year 1893 been the Agent to the Most Noble Herbrand 11th Duke of Bedford K.G. in respect of his Beds. Estate; - As such Agent I am well acquainted with the land situate at Park Hill in the parish of Ampthill in the County of Bedford which lies on the North side of and adjoins the County Police Station there and part of which is now or was late in the occupation of William Billington and the other part of John William Nicholson, Superintendent of Police; - As such Agent I have had the custody of the Rent Rolls and other Books and papers relating to the said Estate and from a perusal of these I am able to state that the said land formed part of the hereditaments settled by the will of the said Francis 7th Duke of Bedford. - draft approved subject to a few alterations made in red ink by Frederic Thomas Tanqueray of Woburn.
