Supplemental Abstract of Title of Lots 67 & 68 Stratton Park Estate Recites indenture 1850 between (1) William Henry Whitbread (2) John Charles McGrath of Biggleswade Recites indenture 1824 between (1) Caroline Barnett, spinster (2) Thomas McGrath esq (3) WHW CB assigned £2500 charged on Stratton Park Estate to (3) in trust in anticipation of marriage between (1) and (2) Recites indenture 1824 between (1) TMcG (2) CB (3) Charles Barnett esq & WHW being a settlement prior to the marriage Recites CB was entitled to £2500 on the Estate by a term of 600 years then vested in Charles Brewer and Thomas Dawes after the marriage, £2500 should be held on trust for all children of (1) and (2) at age 21 Recites Caroline McGrath died 2 August 1832, TMcG died 28 May 1838, and John Charles McGrath was the only child of the marriage and attained 21 years on 9 Feb last past Recites JCMcG was entitled to the £2500 the principal sum of £2500 & all the estate etc was assigned by (1) to (2), and covenant by (1) that he had not encumbered
