    Deed of Partition Between (1) Henry Maclean Pryor esq of Clifton Lodge, Clifton, Bedfordshire (2) Miss Louisa Mary Pryor, spinster of Baldock (3) Edward Smith, solicitor's clerk of Baldock (1) and (2) are tenants in common of (a) 154ac 1r 30p land in Millow comprising - a freehold farm house, homestall & lands and 3 copyhold cottages with gardens and outbuildings in Millow, formerly Bristows and now occ by James Julian Kidman and his undertenants, containing 153ac 30p -1ac 1r small inclosure of freehold arable, previously a gravel pit now called the Gravel Pit Piece occ by William Cartwright All of which is described in 1st schedule and delineated on attached plan; the copyhold portions are held of the manor of Millow or Milhow (b) 245ac 3r 22p land in Dunton comprising - freehold farm house and a mixture of copyhold and freehold fields and closes, formerly Wilkieson's, lately occ by Gabriel Smith but now his representatives, containing 204ac 9p - 41ac 3r 13p freehold arable, formerly Masters's, with barn and homestall, called Grange Close, the Grange Quarter and The Grove, now occ by William Lilley, all in Dunton except the small portion called The Grove which is supposed to be in the parish of Ashwell, Hertfordshire. All of which is described in 2nd schedule and delineated on attached plan; the copyhold portions are held of the manor of Goyes and Chamberlyns Bury in Dunton all the freehold in (a) & (b) is conveyed to (3), then the freehold in (a) is to go to the use of (1) and the freehold in (b) is to go to the use of (2) (2) to surrender all her copyhold claim to land in (a) so that (1) can be admitted to it (1) to surrender all his copyhold claim to land in (b) so that (2) can be admitted to it [the result is that the whole of (a) will to belong to (1) and the whole of (b) to (2) - the plans in the 1st and 2nd schedules make this clear] Witnessed by Veasey, solicitor of Baldock
