Admission Henry Maclean Pryor esq of Clifton Lodge, Bedfordshire to same land and under same will as in X 878/2/3 above, also Recites the will 1852 of John Pryor who died 8 Apr 1853, father of HMP; he devised his copyhold estate and interest in 2 farms at Dunton and Millow, occ by James Kidman & Gabriel Smith, to HMP Recites indenture 23 July 1872 between Alfred Pryor and HMP wherein AP released and quit claimed to HMP all the copyhold land to which he became entitled under the will of his father HMP was admitted and delivered seizin by the court to a moiety of the copyhold land to which MP was admitted in 1845
